Quick checks for common setup and session issues.

  1. Tap is not detected

    Check that NFC is enabled on your phone and that your device supports background tag reading.

  2. Session did not start

    Hold the cube near the NFC reader area for one second, then confirm your phone receives the action.

  3. Session state looks incorrect

    End the current session, then tap again to start a fresh one. If the issue continues, contact support with your device model.
